I am getting an error message whenever i am trying to open a browser windows...
A RunTime Error has occured.
Do you wish to debug...
Then it show you some error code....

Hi,
Try deleting all of IE's temp files (Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files. Then refresh the page to see if that works.
If not you can disable the error message by doing this in IE:
Tools - Internet Options - Select Advanced Tab - Tick the option 'Disable script debugging' apply and ok. For it to take effect close all IE's windows and then open a new one.
