Comment:

I rencently had to reinstall Windows server 2003 along with AD. My profiles are stored on the server and shared on a domain share.

I recreated all of my old accounts for each computer, and they would load when I logged on to their respective computers, EXCEPT for server4. I cannot open the directory "//domain.mine/profiles/server4" from server4, but I can open it from all the other machines.
I've tried deleting the dns records related to server4, rejoining it to the domain, & deleting the user account.

Shouldn't you be using the \\machine_name or \\IP_address, when you are doing it from the actual machine and not the \\domain_name ?

It's a domain-based share, so I can host it in the domain space on more then one server, in case my PDC is offline.

It maybe a domain based share but when opening it from the localhost, it has to be called from the machine name or IP.
