I am running Windows 2000 with Novell Client 4.80. After I installed win2ksp4, there is a delay when I right-click on a shortcut before the pop-up menu appears. Following a lead on a microsoft.com forum, I traced the problem to Novell, ie disabling novell made the problem go away. I upgraded the client to the most current version and it still happened, but not all of the time. It's kind of annoying but not necessarily system critical. Any ideas?
