How can I restrict a terminal server user to only one program in the his session? I don't even want the user to have the ability to run the windows explorer. I.E. the user would logon to the TSE session and only MS Access would run. No other program could be started.

use group policy in active directory. i'm not going to give how-to instructions here as it's too much to do. look into it for yourself.
or use metaframe xp from citrix.com Using this software in conjuntion with terminal services you can publish applications instead of the whole windows desktop. so in essence when a user logs in, all they get is the application window - just like running it locally.

I found a much easier way to do it in the properties of the user account. Citrix, was completely unnecessary.
