after a visit by a worm and an accidental remove of, what apears to be, some vital files, I now have no cd drive icon or the ability to play cd in it. I also lost my outlook express. i want to restore it and do a reboot of my system. help needed

halloo bambi my name is hank theres nothing much you can do but format your hardrive and reinstall windows and it will auto matically reinstall your cd-rom and outlook express thats the best and safest thing to do if you want to no how to formatt your harddrive repost another message.
