How about this.

"Hi, I recently bought a new power supply for my computer and since doing so it fails to load past the splash/loading screen.

I am unable to access Windows from safe mode and would like to avoid a complete reinstall of the OS.

If anyone has any help that they can provide I would appreciate it very much.

Thanks in advance!

Sephiroth"

Now doesn't that version seem better?

I understand your frustrated, computer problems can be a real pain in the butt, however I doubt anyone will take the time to respond with help with the way your message is worded.

Just a thought.

Peace out.

Soundslike you have a corrupted ntoskernel.
If you didn't make boot up disks (4) plus the ERD disk to access your OS "Just in case"
You are pretty much headed for a reinstall.
If you know someone who has a Win2K machine you might still be able to make a set. You can then access the repair console ( use boot disks and have a win2K disk Handy) and fix what is ailing your system.
You might want to read Q238359 manual and fast reapir, Q101668 using a boot disk to prevent boot failure,Q229716 Descripton of the Repair console Also Q119467 How to create a bootable diskette for NTFS
