CPU/Ram: celeron 400/192Mb

hey y'all
well, to whomever i ping,
be it a IP on da network
or any website
or myself (my public IP)
i always get a RTO (request timed out)

is there a setting from my side that i need to change ???
i tried a lot,but cant get it to ping anywhere

Please reply ppl !!

Are you runnig a firewall? Likely ICMP filtering is enabled.

how do i do that ??


i dont see any setting of that sort on norton personal firewall

please help
