Remove shutdown keep reboot

I would like to remove the shutdown option from the start menu and the initial
Ctrl Alt Del startup screen, I would like to keep the option to log off and reboot. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure offhand if you can, but if you can it will be in the local security policy somewhere.

download one software and do it by that

the software name is :
Access Manager

file name: accmen.zip

and find the crack of that software.

u can do anything what ever u want to a user..

give stat menu or not.. desktop and other security too.. try it.

if u couldnot find the software let me know on
