Please Help! Cause me a big problem! blue screen! I don't know why or how certain serial port was created by CLient Network Station ?!? so that generate err when the client log on. I try to delete this port from printer manager but I v got message "Selected port cannot be deleted. The request is not supported". Do you know the other way to delete this port? thanks.
In the properties of the printer, go to the "ports" taba dn move the check mark to another priter. Click "apply". Highlight the next printer (do not put check in box) and click delete/remove. Let me know if this helps.

Daesn't work ! I m sure that the problem is coming from Citrix connection. because in the ICA's Proprities we have to disable Serial & com's ports of all NS "Network Station" but some of them still create this virtual ports at the logon ! PS: if I restart the server the ports are disparate till the next logon.
