A tweak ui program such as system mechanic will allow you to boot into the os without logging in every time.

An easier way is to modify group policy and disable having to use ctl-alt-del to log in. Go to Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Local Security Settings --> Local Policies --> Security Options. You'll find the policy 'Disable ctl-alt-del for logon' there. Double-click on it and enable, it will ask you for the default account and password you want to use.
Once that's enabled it will boot right up without requiring a logon.
