I would like to ask that my Remote Desktop Connection. Whenever I tried to use that programme, it said that "the remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a license." What does that mean? How can I solve this problem?

RD is only for XP and up, not for 2k os, try using VNC or pcAnywhere for support purposes.

You can get Win 9x & W2K version of the Remote Desktop Connection! Download from the microsoft website. It's much better than the terminal server client created by the server.
Windows 2000 server allows 90 days of temporary license for Terminal Server clients. After this time you will need to purchase the appropriate licensing to continue using it.
However Windows 2000 professional & Windows XP clients do not need this extra licensing as it is included in the OS itself. But!! The server will still need a seperate server CAL for that client machine.
Summary: for remote desktop connection you need terminal server on the Server and need to create remote client disk. after that you need to install remote client on the cilent computer ...
