Comment:

I am trying to reinstall 2000 using a disk I lost the case for, so I need to get the product key from the registry. I have gone to HKEY LOCAL MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/WindowsNT/CurrentVersion, but the key there is 20 characters and the product key needs 25 characters. What am I missing?
