Everything was fine...then one day windows says I don't have a CDRom or CDRW that I had the day before. Bios says alls well and I can boot off either drive. When I go to device manager it says registry might be corrupted (code 19). It sees the drives but won't let me do anything with them. I don't have a Last Good Registry to go back to. I am thinking there has to be something in the registry I can adjust to fix this, but I don't know where to begin. I have checked for virii (None there) I have also tried the numerous options in the Windows KB and still no luck. I would be happy to reinstall the registry if I knew how to save all my settings and just change the items corresponding to the device manager Any Ideas?
