Reformat Laptop from USB on startup?

Specs: N/A
I have a laptop from my old company that has now gone out of business which has a pre windows company specific login that I cannot bypass. It does not nave a CD drive. All I need is a USB that has the ability to format everything when chosen as the first in the bios boot list, I will then find a live windows USB for reinstallation.

Can anyone help with the exact website/process to get a USB that can wipe everything from startup?

If you're able to boot a Windows installer from a USB Flash drive, you shouldn't usually need anything else. That said, you can make a bootable USB Flash drive that contains Darik's Boot and Nuke (DBAN) using this guide. You won't need to do multiple passes unless you think there is sensitive information on the drive; one pass should be enough.
