recovery problem on emachine D620

My problem issue: how do i disabale the F10 keY'S boot menu function from Bios?
Ik really hope somebody can help me. In the bios i already tried disk to disk recovery by looking in the biossetting main but there was no disk to disk recovery option to enable.

Upon entering BIOS select the BOOT menu and enable diagnostic boot; save changes and exit. You should be able to see your recovery partition at the end of the post. Use your cursor keys to be able to enter the recovery console.
