Recover deleted Outlook Word attachment.

I'm dumb...I accidently deleted from Outlook an email that had a Word document attached to it...
I need to try to recover that attachment...the sender cannot resend it...

It all depends on how you have things configured. Try looking in the deleted items folder in Outlook. Then check the trash can on your desktop (Explore the Recycle Bin). After that you need to probably just scream and yell cause it's probably gone.....

if you opened it once, look in your profile folder under temp. It might be there

Guys...thanx for the comments...I found it and recovered it... In Outlook 98 & 2K there is a repair file called scanpst.exe...it should be installed if you do the full install of Office... Do a search...
I did some really heavy looking and found 3 pst files, did the scanpst on all 3 and my missing file showed up...
