TRY THE WINDOWS 98 SECOND EDITION DISK.. IT HAS ALL THE REALTEK DRIVERS.. THATS HOW I GOT MY NETWORK TO RECOGNIZE MY MACHINE RUNNING WINDOWS 2000 AND VICE VERSA

You should find the Realtek RTL8029(AS) Driver comes with Win2k RC2 and is installed automatically when it detects the hardware.

I agree with the last mssg the driver comes with w2k however if you are still having problems realtek has a pretty good driver site http://www.realtek.com.tw/cn/driver/driver.htm check it out
