Where to start... You didn't really provide ANY information. Did this just start happening? Has it ever worked? What email client are you using? If using a web interface, what site are you accessing?

OS="Operating System" which is normally XP, Vista or whatever. It comes up on the screen when you power-up and presumably yours is Windows 2000 as you posted your query on this forum.

Location of RAM information varies with system but on XP you right click "My Computer".

The manufacturer/model is usually written on the machine.
