Comment:
Computer keeps freezing in a wholly random manner. All programs, on or offline, bios has been the same since computer built. Could a change to my nividia gforce 5200 card have anything to do with a complete and random freezes of the whole computer? Changed the AGP memory from 129 to 64. Please help - just keeps getting funnier every time I see it.

It looks like you have an integrated video card on the motherboard.Make sure you have uninstalled the onboard video card drivers in Add/Remove programs. In the Bios, set the AGP memory to 0 or disabled. This setting is normally used by the onboard card.If you do have an add-on video card in the AGP slot, let the Bios set it for you reinstall the drivers if need be by uninstalling in the Add/Remove programs first. You mention lowering memory on the card.Is it a physical change or in the Bios settings?Good luck.
