RAS Error 651 on Win 2000.

CPU/Ram: PIII, 256MB

I've installed RAS on Win 2000.While dialing up the remote m/c( Win NT 4 server also configured with RAS), RAS error 651 ( which says modem or other device has reported an error) comes.On restarting the m/c,the problem goes.Plz.suggest
