On a windows 2000 network (server win2k & workstations win2k pro)
With all users on domain set up as "user" accounts. How would you allow programs that REQUIRE the user to be "Administrator" level to run (like quickbooks)?
I am aware of the "run as" command, but do not want it to ask the user to log in every time they click the icon, besides now they would know the admin username and password on network.????
Quickbooks and another program require admin level...not even power users can execute.

They don't require Admin. You need to give users (Authenticated users, Domain Users, whatever group) Full Control to the Program's root folder and all subfolders and files.
