I have windows 2000 pro installed on a system that I am using for a server for my Direcway Sat system. I have ZoneAlarm pro installed as my firewall, it works wonderfully, but I also have Radmin(A remote control program) for my local network, and LogMeIn.com installed for when I'm on the road so I can get back to my systems on the road.
I never have a problem while using these remote control programs, but for some reason when I open up the ZoneAlarm window I can no longer click or do anything, it's like it's too much for the systems resources to handle the clicking from the remote program, but it works just fine while using other programs, like IE, Outlook, and others, just ZoneAlarm gives me problems. Even when one of those alarm little windows pops up from ZoneAlarm to tell me that an IP has caused problems it won't let me click anymore on anything, I have to literaly go to the computer to use the mouse to be able to click, or I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to goto task manager to shut down ZoneAlarm to be able to continue.
Does anyone have any ideas for me??

yes, the answer is that you have to go to the preferences from the overview menu, then where it displays "protect the Zone Labs Security Software Client" you have to have that option disabled.
