I tried install Scanjet 5100C in w2k. Firstly i suppose it corrupted something because my system became unstable. Since i used the installation used for Windows 95 probably a wrong update of IRQs or controllers occured. The only way i found to solve the probel was to reformat the HD and reinstall w2k. Now, i downloaded new drivers from HP but i am affraid of more serious problems since the installation of drivers need a first installation of HP Scan Precision which i don't have for w2k. Does anyone have experience on this ? What should i do ? Any help is wellcome. Tx in advance.

Is the unit SCSI or parallel? I have a SCSI model working fine in W2K.
