Reply: (edit)Tom - Did you ever get a useful response or solve the problem? I get the exact same error. I have played with security, tired IE 6.0, nothing helps. Any information will truly be appreciated. Eliot

Reply: (edit)Tom - Did you see this? I had the same problem. What I did is a bit tricky but it worked like a charm. I had another computer where the Java worked fine and I copied and pasted the Java folder from the working computer to mine. Overwriting my own Java folders of course. Then I openned up regedit on both computers and I started edititng them so anything that had the word "Java" had the same reg keys. Just go to Edit in Regedit and under "Find..." type "Java" and make sure that anything that has the word Java have the same keys on both machines. I know this is not a safe way or even conventional way to do this but it worked for me. Good Luck, J. Wilson.
