Problems oging on user account

Hi, recently I added new PC to domain, after doing this, and creating new account on that PC, when I try to login onto new domain with this account, after showing screen "loading your settings", straight after this I see "saving your settings" and straight back to login screen. I tried to log onto other accounts on the domain, I get same result on that PC. If you input wrong password, it recognises that it's bad etc. But when you logging in, thats it. This PC shows on network, and I can log in on it from other PC. Please help.

Boot to safe mode. See what happens. If that doesn't work, try last known good configuration.
