I have 3 computers with XP Pro running on a workgroup and sharing everything just fine. I have 2 other machines with 2000 Pro and can not get them to work on that workgroup. When I click on "computers near me" I get the message Workgroup is not accessible - The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available. Any help would be appreciated.

The XP network setup program must be run on each unit that is on the network.

This program can be found on the XP Disk. Just insert it and when it starts up, you'll see an option to setup a network.
