Problem with outlook 2000

I have a problem with french outlook 2000, some messages seem to randomly go directly into the trash directory when they're received. Anybody knows what might cause this to happen?

It sounds like you may have the Outlook junk email or adult content filters turned on. I have tried using these in the past and it would go nuts and filter out all kinds of emails, good and bad. I eventually turned it off.
In Outlook, click on Organize button and then the Junk E-Mail tab.
