Problem Starting UP

CPU/Ram: 64MB

When starting up my PC this morning. This problem error appears. "An internal stack has caused this session to be halted. Change the STACKS setting in your CONFIG.SYS file, and then try again"
What do I do? Can any one help me out on this?
