Reply: (edit)Hi. First of all I assume you are creating a new domain in which case you must complete the installation of Win2k and then go to Start/Administrative Tools/Configure Your Server. From here you can put the server into a new domain and make it the PDC. TNG is good for network monitoring but thee are many other solutions as well.

Reply: (edit)you can not create a domain if you installed the OS as a stand alone server. You now can join a domain or reinstall OS as a PDC.

Reply: (edit)Jason, you are dead wrong. You can make it a domain if it is a stand alone server. All W2k servers are installed as stand alone servers then made into domain controllers. If you are not sure of the answer, you are better off saying nothing.
