Comment: everytime I run my ms word i got this error winword.exe error. i have try to uninstall and reinstall it but still unsuccessfull. help

Reply: (edit)Hi snipes thanks for the response. I found normal.dot files and rename it to normal.old but still I got this error winword.exe has generated errors.... is this a virus?
