Reply: (edit)There are a couple of methods 1) alt+prt Scr open paint and paste. 2) right click the top left corner of the DOS window select edit and select all and copy then open paint or notepad/wordpad and paste Then print.

Reply: (edit)Press Alt / Printscreen to capture the active window. Then it can be pasted into an editor like word, notepad or word.

Reply: (edit)Yet another way is to type dir >lpt1. this will port the output which normally goes to the monitor to the printer on LPT1.

Reply: (edit)forgot about this one. type dir >c:\list.txt. This will port the output which normally goes to the monitor to a file called list.txt at the root of the c: drive.
