Is this possible if I have a internet router enabling 4 comptuers to use the same connection that my WinXP Pro comptuter (192.168.1.1) let a Win 2k Pro (192.168.1.2) use the USB printer setup on the Win XP computer? The Win XP comptuer is on 24/7 so no big deal about if the computer is on or not.

yes you can actually i do the same thing, i share a usb printer on my xp system in the livingroom with the 2000 system in my room.
all you need to do is go on the xp system open my network connections, open the properties of your active connection and enable file and printer shareing. then go to your win2000 comp and go to controll panel then printers then add printer. then use the type the name or click next option and brows for a printer. then a list of your network will be shown. brows the network for your xp system and the printer should be there. make sure that both computers are on the same domain/workgroup.
e-mail me if you need more helpMy Pathetic System

hmm..
looks like I need to install for Windows 2000 but does this mean the printer driver for win 2k? I notice 2 instances of win 2k for what windows drivers to install.Anyways I'm having trouble finding the Win 2k drivers (HP includes all in one EXE). I'm looking for a HP Deskjet 3650 driver.
