Hello,

I am facing problem with the printer Hp 4200,
Printer attached to the pc (os- win98se)and shared with the pc(os- win2000pro). Only five pc's are in the network and one is win98 and all other are win2000. But prob. is that when user of win2000 pc prints some file with more than two or three copis printer prints only one copy of the prins, it dosent shows any msmg,or error on the both the side, i am alredy checked the spool option on the printer side, every thing is ok.

Pls anybody know the solution help me as soon as possible it will be great help.

encountered this and there is not solution except to upgrade from 98. The problem is the 98 print driver. There are no updates for the drive since no one writes to Windows 98 anymore.

Might try putting the printer on a W2K box.

Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.
