I have this problem on printer sharing. I have 3 computers running on the domain. 2 Windows XP and 1 Windows 98, I try to connect the printer on the one of the XP computer but when the 98 try to print an error occur so i try to make an account for the 98 on the xp but everytime the xp restart the next day the user is disappearing and i need to make new user again. So i try to connect the printer to the 98 and what is now happening is that the printer keeps on timing out. This two machine is screwing up almost everyday

Need advise on this problem

Well your second configuration bad choice I think.
For your first config. did you add 98 pc as local admin user at XP workstation. Also check printer permissions at Xp pc, add 98 user if necessary...

When i add on the users the 98 pc on the XP an error occur, "The trust relationship between this computer and the domain is denied" - something like this.

The 98 pc cannot browse the content of the XP pc thru network neighboorhood, an error is occuring \\AWDS\Sales\ is not accessible Access Denied

This thing really make me sick

Hi,

Look at this problem that making me sick for almost a week.

I try to join the 98 pc on the xp pc for this machine to print but while i am installing the driveer for 98 pc at the end it display an error that the printer could not be found and i try to browse the network and again the 98 pc is prohibited on the xp machine.

Have any idea on this???????
