here are some errors i get...smart ui-32 bits gateway error, can't load smart utilities, library (code 8) not enough storage is available to process this command....
another is on client machines "printer cannot print due to lack of resources the print subsystem is unavaliable"
the samsung printer has the latest drivers and software and is running on windows 2003. can u help...the printer since it's installation has caused problems

A quick google search shows that windows update kb840987 causes the problem. I didn't see a solution. Is the printer on a print server or is it shared through the server or a workstation?

well it's connected to the server directly... shall i remove kb840987?
