Could it be because you're not logged on as a User and you don't have the rights to perform the install? If that's the case, log on as Administrator and give it a try.

Nope, I'm logged into the Admin account. This error message comes up no matter what printer I;m trying to install (even when I use the included Win2K drivers).
Also, I can't find this error message on either Technet or in the Knowledgebase!
