You can go to a command prompt, and type in net start spooler This will restart the spooler service. You can also go to services and right click on the print spooler service and select start. You can in the services, right click print spooler service and select properties and look through the tabs until you find the one that has "when error detected perform no action", and change it to restart service. Or you can go to eventid.net enter the event id number, find what is causing the error and fix that problem.
