I am running Win2k server. and I am tring to access my jetdirect card using HP's latest jet admin. But admin can not find the card. I loaded software on nt4 server and worked fine, but I am phasing out that server and need to have the 2k server perform the print services function. Can anybody help

Well, if you can see it on the NT 4 server with the HP JetAdmin and NOT on Win 2k then there has to be a configuration issue. Like IP Address on Print server is not in the same network as Win 2k server. At any rate, what you should do is Set the JetDirect Card to Factory Settings. You can do this via the printer LCD Display GUI or look in the manual for that particular Printer/Jet Direct Server. Once it's been reset to factory defaults, start the HP Jet Admin and it should have No problems finding the Printer, unless their just NOT physically connected to the same Hub/Switch/Network. Good Luck
