Comment: hi i have 2 pcs, 1 has windows 2000 and they other is xp. they are networked together, only the one with xp has internet access via router. I get popups on the win2000 machines , with warning about patches etc, and to go to www.patchinfo how can i stop this

the root of problem was windows messenger service letting through popup spam.
