Comment:

I have 8 Windows 2000 Citrix servers that are receiving popup messages on the console. This is preventing the users from logging onto their sessions with a blank blue screen hang-up. When the application popup message is cleared on the console, the users can logon to that server just fine. Is there anyway to percent these messages from popping up on the console or has anyone seen this particular issue before.

Thank you,

The application popup info:

Event ID 26

Application popup: Windows - Application Error : The instruction at "0x77fcd98b" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Thank you,
