I wanted to move outlook express to outlook 2000. I installed outlook 2000 and restarted my system. for some reason it would not boot with outlook 2000 so i went into safe mode and removed outlook 2000....rebooted and then opend outlook express....it said migrating mail please wait....it took about 1/2 an hour and then it let me in..i could see my mail fine...i have just got into the office and all i can see is my contacts and todays mail!?!? please where would it be??

If the mail was transfered to outlook it would have created a pst file in c:\(*)\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook. If not there do a search for inbox and it should give you the directory for the mail folders for OE. Open that folder then look for other inbox folders.
* Depending on OS it could be winnt or windows. Or if you have profiles set up you will have to open you profile under documents and settings then the rest. Local settings is a hidden file so make sure you have the correct settings in view options.

try importing ur mails from c:\(*)\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook back in to outlook .
go to -> file -> import -> messages than locate the folder! cheers man..
