Hi,
every time I want to play games under Windows 2000 (Day of defeat (Half-life engine), Unreal Tournament), my computer crashes. Microsoft already brought out a fix and said it was due to technical problems involving the VIA chipset. I installed the fix but nothing helped. Even the Service Pack 2 didn't help. Now, can anybody help me??? I have an MSI k7t turbo -R mainboard, Elsa Erazor III Pro graficscard and Hercules Muse XL soundcard. What is wrong? can anybody help me?

sounds like you may not have installed the 4 in 1 drivers properly if at all. also install the amd agp miniport driver, flash your bios, and ensure that you have the correct video drivers installed. also, what temp is your chip running at when it locks up?
