When trying to start "Microsoft Picture It!", an error message appeared reading, "PIP.EXE application error (0xc0000142) I then explored the program. While in file 1033, I tried to start "Xtractor" This message came up "Unable to decompress package due to corrupt archive." I don't know why this is happening. This is the first time I have tried to use this program. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Might just be a corrupt install. Uninstall, reboot, and reinstall. See if that helps improve things.
