I do not know anything about cdwriters or their software. I recently purchased ASUS 16X writer that contains Nero 5.0 and upgraded to Nero 5.5.8.2 with Nero Express. I wanted to be able to take picture files place them in a file and add music file to it. Nero wants avi and wav files or mpeg files and says that the tiff ext. isn't exceptable. I am unable to find a manual for Nero anywhere other than the quick start file that doesn't mention still pictures to slideshow. Does anyone know where I could find more information about what it is that I am trying to do? The help menu has a mention about still to slideshow with mention of vcd and svcd. Do I need to have a dvd drive is that what vcd files are for? If I sound a bit confusing I would like to create a disk where the pictured album works like a slideshow in powerpoint or picture in an email with sound that plays continuosly. If I made the powerpoint presentation it would only copy to the disk as a file and not play automatically. And I am not familiar with making autorun files and .inf files, I need the disk to play automatically. All links and advice and any information would be very appreciated. I did make a music disk by copying from a disk, it isn't that I don't know how to read the information. If other people are creating these types of disks please answer or send an email. Thanks
