Hi, On a Compaq (windows 2000/office 2000) when I open .jpg/.jpeg/.gif files as administrator, it works fine. But when a user logs on. these files do not open with microsoft Photo editor. it gives the following error message "no file format can be found in the registry". I open photo editor and then try to open a file, it says " microsoft photo editor, unknown file format" "photo editor cannot find or open (the name of the file)" what could it be? thanks
