Comment:
When I click .pdf or .wma files I get the IE window open with scrambled writing. It will not open Acrobat or Media Player. If I want to view those files, I must open the program first and either drag the link or copy & paste the link into the program. This is same from internet IE or Windows desktop. What can I do so W2K will automatically open those files?

my computer> folder options> file types> , look for *.pdf extension, should be linked to acrobat reader, for browser to open files, requires plugins, may have bad links in registry, may need to repair iexplorer. :)
