Seen this on a HP LJ2100. HP's website suggest that you try using the PCL5 driver, or reduce the graphical quality of the printout. Failing this, they suggest upgrading the internal memory of the device.

jon is right, it's the printer that's out of memory, make sure it's w2k compatible and that you have the current drivers installed and the appropriate amount of memory available on the printer
