CPU/Ram: Pentium 3,ram256

My PC's OS is Window Server 2000.I change the VGA card of my PC but suppose no problem. But something strange happen in which my PC will restart automatically on a certain time without prompting any message. It is troublesome, i update the antivirus software and scan all the drives but no virus found.Can anybody tell what actually happen on my PC?

there is a problem with installation on vga card. install it again by uninstalling it first

Thanks,i will try later.But i wish to know why the VGA card will affect the PC?it not for display thing on monitor only ?
