Every time I turn on or reboot my PC, I get to the "Windows is starting up" window and my PC reboots itself once. After that, Windows boots normally. When I try to boot in safe mode, I get a blue error screen for a fraction of a second and my computer reboots. I can't get into safe mode. These are the only abnormalities that I have noticed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you installed the Sasser exploit patch from Microsoft?
