Can someone help me get my pc out of lockdown mode? It is on the screen that has user name and password but wont let me type in either one or continue in any way. It says this computer is in use and has been locked only acer-099e456ca4/username or and admin. can unlock this computer.

I recently had that happen to me. One of the Services had stopped, but I don't remember which one. You'll have to reboot.
